Corporate Events Manager – £45,000 to £50,000 for London

Can you showcase a proven track record in devising and organising imaginative & innovative events, matched with the ability to think on your feet, respond quickly to change and deliver in a high pressured, deadline driven environment? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity here at Aviva as a Corporate Events Manager!

A bit about the job:

You will lead effectively on multiple, concurrent projects, executing these with the highest attention to detail, alongside managing a range of stakeholders, ensuring that you respond to briefs strategically and drive forward new ideas & challenge the status quo. You must also ensure that all Aviva events meet their agreed requirements, and are aligned to relevant strategies, whilst working within given budget constraints. It is also important that you provide comprehensive, logistical arrangements across a range of event initiatives both remotely and on site - plus your attendance at said events will be key, where you will showcase your broad business perspective and understanding of our organisational brand and culture, becoming a brand ambassador.

Aviva introduced “smart-working” in 2020 and encourage flexible working; however, the successful post-holder will need to be based a commutable distance from our London offices. The role will also involve regular travel both across London and nationally, to attend relevant events.
