Intermediated Sales Associate - Salary circa £27,000

Aviva are recruiting for several Intermediated Sales Associates to join the Healthcare Sales Operations Team within Aviva.

Do you have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build up rapport easily with corporate customers, both over the phone and via email? Do you have prior experience, or an interest in, working within the PMI (Private Medical Insurance) space? If yes, then this role is for you!

A bit about the job:

You will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with our Brokers, aligned to our PMI consumer product line. You will utilise your customer service skills to own and manage queries from our broker community predominantly via a central mailbox, as well as over the phone. This will involve taking ownership of complex queries, as well as completing transactional demands. Full training will be given so you that you become an expert in this area, offering advice and answering questions from Brokers about PMI products daily.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

• Excellent communication skills for both verbal & written communication.
  
• Private Medical insurance experience or a background within Health markets is desirable.
  
• Good decision-making skills and ability to take ownership.
  
• Proven evidence of being a team player and working collaboratively.
  
• Experience of building rapport with customers and has excellent stakeholder management experience.

• Starting salary circa £27,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
