Fel cynorthwyydd llyfrgell, byddwch yn gweithio ar amrywiaeth o dasgau, yn amrywio o helpu ymwelwyr llyfrgelloedd Awen, i gyflwyno digwyddiadau.

Bydd ymrwymiad i ddarparu sgiliau gwasanaeth cwsmer arbennig yn hanfodol, am eich fod yn mynd i bo’n rhoi help a chymorth i’r unigolion bydd yn ymweld a’n llyfrgelloedd, bydd yn gallu cynnwys cyfeirio at adnoddau defynyddiol, dewis y llyfr gywir neu defnyddio’n cyfleusterau, fel y cyfrifiaduron sydd ar gael.

Rydym angen person hyderus a brwydfrydig i helpu gyflwyno’n gweithgareddau a digwyddiadau, sy’n amrywio o ‘Bounce & Rhyme’ ar gyfer babanod, clybiau codio a groupiau darllen i grwpiau coffi sy’n cyfeillgar ar gyfer unigolion gyda dementia.

Accountable to: Library Supervisor

As a Library Assistant, you will work on a variety of tasks ranging from helping visitors of Awen libraries to delivering events.

A commitment to providing excellent customer services is essential as you will provide help and support to people who visit our Library which could include signposting to helpful resources, choosing the right book or using our facilities such as the computers available.

We need a confident and enthusiastic person to help deliver our activities and events ranging from Bounce & Rhyme for babies, coding clubs and reading groups to dementia-friendly coffee groups.
