Injection Moulding Machine Setter/Operator

We are a plastics moulding company based in Smethwick currently running several machines - due to a recent expansion in our newly refurbished building we now have a new exciting opportunity for Injection moulder Setters to come and join us as we plan to bring more machines to where we are located…..so this is the perfect time to come and join us.

We are looking for 2 setters.

This position is permanent (following a satisfactory probationary period of 12 weeks) direct with the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

Setting the machine and processing the equipment to the specifications.

Having a good foundation in plastic Injection Moulding

Machine maintenance

Tool changing

Trouble shooting and repairing

Quality checks

Keeping a clean and tidy work station

Salary will be discussed at interview based on skills and experience

Shift patterns and hours of work to be discussed at interview

We are looking for setters with Preferably 3 years experience however candidates with less will still be considered as training can be provided for the right mind set individuals.

You need to be a team player and enthusiastic about the work you do as bringing a great level of satisfaction to the team on site and our customers is key!
