Job description
We are a Halifax based firm of chartered accountants looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to work in our payroll department, helping to run weekly and monthly payrolls for approximately 400 clients.
The role will involve delivering a first-class service to clients ensuring that payrolls are accurately prepared, checked and run within agreed timescales.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a bureau or outsourcing environment. You should also have excellent knowledge of Sage Payroll, Brightpay or similar, strong numerical and analytical skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple deadlines and priorities, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. You should also have a professional attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction.
