Baird Group are in exciting times! We are opening fantastic new stores across the UK on both the High Street and in Outlet Centres, with iconic brands including Ted Baker, Marc Darcy, and Ben Sherman.
We are making waves in the menswear industry and if that interests you then you’ll want to know that we have an exciting new opportunity to join our dynamic Merchandise team as an Assistant Merchandiser (E-Commerce) based in our Thorpe Park, head office.
Key Accountabilities
As an Assistant Merchandiser you will play a vital role within our E-Commerce Merchandising team. You will provide essential support to your department and provide daily management support to the Merchandise Admin Assistant.

Knowledge / skills:
- Strong housekeeping and organisational skills
- Numeracy
- Effective communicator
- Ability to work on own initiative

- Good visual presentation skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated
- Relevant skills working within a B&M office
- Financial awareness and understanding of departmental budgets and margins
PC Skills:
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
Qualifications & experience:
- GCSE level C in Maths & English
- Ideally to have a degree in a merchandising relevant subject
- At least 18 months experience working as a Merchandise Admin Assistant- ideally in a related category.
