Position Overview & Specifications

Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Limited is seeking a Sales Executive to join our continuously growing sales team.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a drive and passion for the sale of services while building positive and collaborative relationships with new clients and our existing client base alike. Often tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows, the sales representative must be both personable and professional with a willingness to travel.

As a global billion dollar company, we can innovate, implement, and develop our product to meet the needs of our partners and keep up with global trends.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • New business development experience
  • Experience selling high-value products B2B
  • Initiative and enthusiasm with a passion for the games and out-of-home entertainment industry
  • Account management experience
  • Excellent closing skills
  • Good time management
  • Ability to plan work and organise own workload and engage others in a timely manner
  • Presentation & negotiation skills
  • Commercial awareness, focus & responsibility.
  • Good communication skills – both oral and written
  • Self-motivated.
  • Numeracy
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Key Duties

  • Engage with prospects and clients face-to-face to identify their needs and interests
  • To ensure awareness of our products and services with both existing and potential customers
  • To support the preparation of proposals and then to negotiate and secure orders and contracts that are profitable, commercially secure and technically sound
  • Aid in the development of account development plans to enable growth of target accounts
  • Contribute to business planning.
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Ability to travel
