The BaoBun Brand has opened it's first sit in, fully licensed restaurant, BAOBUN DELUXE, Ballyhackamore . Offering an exciting new menu, we are on the hunt for experienced Part Time, vibrant WAITING/BAR STAFF - to join our teams at BaoBun Deluxe, immediate start :-)

Experience required:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Passion for making and creating cocktails
• Taking Orders/Running food
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• To be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer, (RST EPOS experience a plus)
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time keeping
• Passion for food
• Positive attitude

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Mixologist skills would be useful
• Always keep your Bar /Section clean, tidy & stocked
• Serve food from the pass and run drinks quickly and efficiently
• Customer service skills with Customers sitting /eating at the Bar tables
• Running your own section on the restaurant floor
• Handle bill payments
• Team player
• Ensure customers are happy and able to deal with any complaints
• To be able to work under pressure
