Learning Experience Designer

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

Future Training and Capability Needs of Medical Affairs / Pharmacovigiliance (MAPV) Organization:

• Responsible for Working with Learning Future Assets Lead and MAPV key stakeholders to understand the MAPV business strategy with an aim to research and brainstorm on new training requirements, modalities and solutions to meet the ever changing needs of the MAPV organization

Experience Design:

• Responsible for Identifying and /or Developing New Digital Assets, Tools and Solutions to ensure that learning experiences can be delivered quickly, seamlessly and effectively.

Experience Development:

• Working with the Digital Content and Future Assets Leads to develop learning experiences through content and platforms.
• Develop a good understanding of new and emerging training requirements of the MAPV organization either on digital fluency, digital tools or new treatment modalities and work with MAPV key stakeholders to align emerging trends with business needs and strategy to develop and deliver relevant learning interventions aligned to MAPV business strategy

Learning Personalization:

• Lead the thinking on Learning Personalization with a focus on customized and value based training by developing digital content and implementing platform functionality which allow learning anywhere, any time and on the go in a flexible manner example Netflix like model.
• Stakeholder Management Work closely with ACDL Lead, Learning Future Assets Lead and Learning Business Portfolio and Communication Lead to understand business requirements and solutions

• The MAPV ACDL is essential for MAPVs business strategy by transforming the way employees learn and build capabilities needed in a rapidly changing environment. The Learning Experience Designer is central to ensuring that MAPV organization new and emerging learning requirements are met keeping the organization future relevant

Who you are?

• Solid experience as a business and learning technology consultant / Specialist / Manager with experience in business consulting and learning technology management working in a large Global Consulting or Learning Technology firm
• Experience in leading large learning technology projects focusing on integration of Learning Technology into Business strategy and processes delivering digital transformation
• Experience in learning analytics, learning development software, learning technology architecture with a business consulting, large corporate, or learning technology background
• Experience in leading learning design for complex programmes or curricula, including knowledge of gamification, personalization, user experience design
• Experience in developing learning experiences through market available content tools (e.g. Articulate)
• Experience in developing learning experiences through market available platforms (LXP)
• Experience in designing xAPI content including data that supports personalization in an LXP
• Ability to take a business problem that might be vaguely defined, determine an appropriate technical approach to solving it and deriving actionable insights.
• Experience in building and leading technical delivery teams containing a blend of internal and vendor team members.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen, including storytelling, data visualization, and experience in presenting complex
