Position Overview & Specifications

Main description

We are recruiting for an aspiring Digital Marketer to join the Saari team focussing on paid media and campaign management. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising PPC and Paid Social marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Your expertise will contribute to increasing market awareness and driving growth for our clients. You will be expected to report to the company CEO as well as work closely with our external teams and clients. The job is primarily remote with the opportunity to work in shared offices in London. This role offers a brilliant and rare opportunity to work across multiple industries and areas of marketing allowing you to be a part of both planning and execution of cross-channel campaigns, delivering end-to-end results!

As part of your role, you will also be responsible for and expected to:

  • Collaborate with internal and external professionals to research and develop campaign strategies, setting business goals, milestones, and KPIs
  • Develop and implement PPC and Paid Social marketing campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads.
  • Assist in setting up conversion tracking for paid media campaigns, utilising UTM tags, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and on-platform conversion tracking
  • Track campaign performance and monitor budget spending using campaign managers, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics
  • Analyse campaign performance and generate insightful reports using Excel, Google Analytics (GA4 and UA), and Google Data Studio. Make data-driven recommendations for optimisation
  • Act as a point of contact for clients during campaign execution, providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships
  • Generate website traffic through ongoing paid and organic SEO efforts, ensuring effective delivery of targeted traffic

Candidate Profile:

  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.
  • Proactive team player capable of managing multiple projects and workload efficiently.

Skill Required:

  • Demonstrable experience in campaign strategy and management, specifically in PPC and Paid Social marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance, analyse data, and generate actionable insights
  • Familiarity with multi-platform digital campaigning, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • Excellent time management and resource allocation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure value is delivered
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in generating website traffic through paid and organic efforts
  • Experience in tracking campaign performance, monitoring budgets, and setting up conversion tracking
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write engaging and SEO-optimised copy

Training to be Provided:

  • In-house mentoring
  • Level 3 Digital Marketer

The apprenticeship programme and employment are inclusive of each other. You will need to demonstrate excellent levels of commitment to both the training and job role.

You will work at Saari 80% of the time, and study in further education 20% of the time.

Qualifications Required:

Five GCSEs at Grades A*-C or 9 – 4 (including English & Maths), Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Future Prospects:

We will review all future progress based on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
