Shift pay rather than pay per call, which means you are paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift.*
Pay: £11.00 p/hr (drivers) - £10.50 p/hr (walkers)

Bonus schemes*: up to £300 new starter (based on hours worked), £300 Refer a Friend, £250 annual bonus, £25 birthday gift voucher.
As a Care Assistant, you will be offered a full-time working pattern on a week 1 and week 2 shift pattern, which includes:
- Alternate weekends
- Early shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Late shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Example shift pattern:
- Working on a 2-week rota
- Working 1 weekend on 1 weekend off
We need caring, kind, compassionate people to work across the Fawdon, Gosforth, Kenton, High Heaton, Jesmond and Dinnington areas providing high-quality person-centered care in the Care Assistant role.
