Waiting/Bar Staff

Bellinis restaurant is seeking experienced Wait Staff & The Billinge Arms is looking for Bar Staff.You will be required to assist and participate in the maintaining of the high and smooth standards, according to our standard service practises and customer requirements in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and increased customer loyalty.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To treat all customers and colleagues in a polite, courteous and professional manner at all times, giving full co-operation to any customer or colleague requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner.
• To be a positive and active member of the Team. To develop the skills of more junior team members and give your full support to the kitchen team.
• To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring personal appearance and hygiene all times and demonstrate a professional image for customers
• To be fully aware of the daily specials, a la carte menu, beverages and other items that can be sold in the restaurant and be able to confidently make recommendations to our customers
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
• To carry out any other reasonable requests including assisting in all areas of Food and Beverage should the occasion arise.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Able to work in a Fast paced Environment and able to multitask
• Wanting to give the highest standards of service and being able to meet all customers needs
• Strong Cocktail Knowledge (Bar Staff Only)

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 8-20 per week

Salary: £7.00-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
