If that interests you then you’ll want to know that we have an exciting opportunity to join our Retail team as a Supervisor at our Ben Sherman store in Ashford Designer Outlet, TN24 0SD. The position is a 32-hour contract, including weekend work and you must be able to work flexible hours.

What will you do?

• Achieve KPI targets and support management in maximising the sales performance of the store
• Act as a champion for providing market leading customer service at all times
• Aid the Manager in completing back of house and administrative duties accurately

What qualities you will have?

• Retail supervisory experience
• Strong customer service skills and product knowledge
• Basic Administrative skills, Word/ Excel
