Our client, a Construction Contractor, based in Bury are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them on a full-time permanent basis. The provide; Design, Construction, Electrical and Maintenance services across multiple infrastructure sectors most recently EV charging. The Assistant QS will be working as a key member of the commercial team focusing on all pre & post contract duties.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying / Construction and will ideally have some quantity surveying experience but 'fresh' graduates will be considered for the position.

This particular client, pride themselves on continued high standards of service and professional manner towards Health and Safety and as a result have NICEIC Approved Contractor status and members of CHAS, Safe Contractor & Constructionline. In addition, our client is ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 accredited. This allows peace of mind that our team will perform in a safe and efficient manner with the ability to provide an end-to-end service including:

• Site Construction
• Electrical Installations
• DNO Management

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Hold a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying / Construction (degree, HNC, etc.)
• Full driving licence
• Ideally have some experience in a previous role / placement year (not essential)
• Able to commute to Bury

• Salary: £25k - £30k DOE
