As the Service Supervisor, you will assist the the Non-Trading Team Leader in managing their responsibilities of depot operations, in particular customer service, check out supervision, control of stock, staff rotas, and selling.
You will be responsible for supporting the depot in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets, and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:-
- Ensure all checkout processes are carried out efficiently, effectively and in accordance with guidelines and procedures
- Embed good Health and Safety practices.
- Manage the daily running of the department
- Exhibit excellent customer service.
- Plan and prioritise departmental work.
- Manage security of depot and stock.
- Meet customer satisfaction targets and scores
We’re looking for someone with;
- Excellent customer service and achieve customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Good knowledge of company systems and procedures
- Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety policy and procedures
- Highly organised and display planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritise various tasks
- Good problem-solving skills
