We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, confident, and passionate Store Manager to join our CCS store that is a key part of the local community.
You will manage and motivate your team to provide the very best customer service and presentation standards within a fully compliant environment. Protecting and growing business performance through team development and active brand/product promotion at a local level will be a key priority.
Your main responsibilities
- Coach and develop store team to deliver outstanding service, and facilitating as much interaction on the shop floor as possible
- Present the store in-line with the company brand standards guidelines
- Promptly resolve or report all issues affecting the customer experience
- Communicate positively with all colleagues, offering advice and assistance when needed
- Build relationships with the local community to develop a positive representation of the brand
- Develop understanding of support departments and use knowledge to optimise the customer experience
- Identify opportunities to improve store performance and support activities to generate additional business
- Agree and deliver action plans to develop and improve store performance
- Analyse any available management information to maximise store turnover and profitability
- Ensure store control guidelines are followed by all team members
- Manage all controllable costs, with a particular focus on people costs
- Encourage, plan and lead team participation in all promotional activity
- Lead your store team to achieve all team and individual targets
- Keep up to date with key business information to continually develop knowledge and expertise

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme

- Newton Abbot: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
