Bidfood Order Picker (Langley Mill)

This is an exciting time to be part of Bidfood Nottingham depot (Langley Mill). At our depot we will make over 1,500 deliveries to our customers each week, we have a number of teams who work together to deliver service excellence to our customers every day. We want to have passionate people working with us in Nottingham, we value our employees and strongly believe in developing our people for the future.

We have an opportunity within our highly efficient warehouse and as part of our team you will fill an essential role in helping us towards the depot goals delivering the right products to our customers on time.

Your duties will meet the operational needs of our warehouse within our mid shift. These can range from working on loading food and non-food products. Picking in an ambient or a temperature controlled area using MHE via headset picking.

Ideally, you will have food warehousing and distribution experience and you must be fit and healthy as the role requires you to be able to lift objects up to 25 kilogrammes. A reach truck or FLT licence is desired but not essential.

You will need to be up to date and compliant with all health and safety and food hygiene legislation. You will be used to working to targets and will have an accurate and methodical approach to your work.
