Reserve Corporate Receptionist

Duties as a Security Receptionist

• To act as a focal point for all day-to-day operations, contact and information
• Maintain Security awareness all the time & work alongside other members of the Security team
• Effectively dealing with all enquiries and visitor interactions at the front desk and contacting colleagues when visitors arrive
• Access & egress controls to ensure no unauthorized persons are on site
• Answer incoming calls or internal calls from colleagues and visitors
• Receive & pass on mail deliveries to the relevant individual
• Assist in the preparation of meetings & facilities
• Respond to alarms and act in accordance with emergency procedures
• Maintain all records related to reception duties

Job Role Requirements as a Security Receptionist

• Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
• Excellent customer service & administration skills
• Security awareness
• Previous experience in a similar role
