We have a fantastic opportunity for an talented and passionate General Manager to join us in leading the team at Golf Fang Birmingham which also incorporates our Birdies Bar concept offering cocktails and live music in the heart of the Custard Factory, Digbeth.

About the role..

As General Manager for this dual concept venue you will be responsible for all areas of the business to ensure the success of our high-volume operation showcasing your skills and knowledge to ensure a memorable guest experience delivered by a motivated and skilled team.

We are looking for an exceptional individual with amazing communication skills & proven experience of working in a similar operation who can lead from the front to deliver consistent performance across all areas including guest experience, team development and compliance. With strong operational and leadership skills you will thrive in a fast paced and creative hospitality environment and be commercially focused with the ability to effectively engage and develop your team while driving sales and profitability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £45,000.00 per year

Experience:

• General Manager - Hi Volume Bar/Hospitality: 1 year (required)
• managing a large team: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Personal License (preferred)
