Team Leader

We are seeking to appoint a Team Leader responsible for the leadership and oversight of placement processes within school administration team. To enable high quality administration and achievement and supporting targets across the school. Working closely with the Head of Course Operations and Associate Head of School. Developing and delivering effective and efficient School administrative processes in accordance with the University requirements to ensure that priorities are met.

Oversee the development and continuous improvement of effective systems and processes which underpin key areas of School activity.

Work within and report on key performance indicators and service standards and manage day to day operations to ensure high standards are achieved and maintained, deadlines are met and processes comply with internal and external requirements. This post supports the delivery across the School of all administration functions in supporting our school, the post holder is responsible for overseeing data, systems, processes.
