Senior Lecturer in Secondary ITE (Art, Design & Technology) (0.4 FTE)

This is a permanent, part-time (0.4 FTE) role. This contract can be offered on either a T&S or T&R contract, depending on suitability.

We have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational Art, Design & Technology specialist to join our team as a Senior Lecturer in Secondary Initial Teacher Education. We are looking for a passionate subject expert, who is committed to recruiting and training high calibre teachers by providing an outstanding and supportive student experience.

You will undertake a range of teaching and other academic duties on our PGCE Secondary programme, as part of a supportive and highly committed team of professionals. As well as teaching in our well-resourced Design Studio and other high-quality teaching spaces, you will have the opportunity to visit and observe trainees on placement within our partner schools, working with school-based subject mentors to provide high-quality focused feedback.
