DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

The Directors of Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust are seeking to appoint a Director of Human Resources to join its central services team. Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust is made up of 35 academics spread across four local authority areas within the north east.

The primary base fort he central team is in Darlington, however we welcome hybrid working and would welcome applicants looking to be based in our smaller Hartlepool hub. Working with the Chief Operating Officer, you will shape our new in-house Human Resource function and deliver a strategy that supports our status as an Employer of Choice within the region.

You will support the MAT Executive Team to deliver a highly efficient and commercial HR function, with overall accountability for compliance with all relevant statutory frameworks. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, influence and negotiate. You will be comfortable thinking strategically but also translating that vision into concrete results.
