About the role
Working at Bloc is more than just “working at some hotel”. It’s being part of a new hotel experience where our service and attention to detail ethic is second to none at every step of a guests stay.
We are currently recruiting for various contracts ranging from zero hours to full time (40 hours per week).
As a Room Attendant, you will:
· Consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness presentation and care in all guest rooms and public areas
· Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitors
· Report any maintenance and IT issues correctly
· Ensure the Bloc uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition
· Ensure the guest rooms are cleaned, stocked and maintained to the required standard
· Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved
