Retail Staff
Location: Derby
Pay Rate: £10.42 per hour
Hours: Varied due to different events (flexibility required)
We are working in partnership with an incredible, popular and modern company, which was founded in 2018 by 3 friends who shared a passion and love for food. They never looked back, and have now successfully collaborated with 100's of companies such as British Airways, Brewdog, Coca-Cola, Amazon, Love Island, Sainsbury's and have over 100 employees who create, bake, box and deliver yummy baked treats.

Our client is looking for Retail Staff for their "POP UP" store in Derby, you would be delivering top quality customer service for the business at numerous events in Derby (which may include festivals, artisan markets, farm shops etc.)
Main Duties in a Retail role:
- Serving customers with the team at various events around derby
- Displaying products in a way that's appealing for potential customers passing by.
- Handling stock with care
- Making shore the store is well-presented and pleasing to the eye
- Make conversation with customers, smile and have a laugh with them to keep them coming!
- Handling cash and card payments
- Providing outstanding customer service (you're representing the company AND Blue Arrow)
- Build a good rapport with colleagues and be able to motivate the team
- Helping customers with their product enquiries and assisting them as best as you can
The ideal candidate for a Retail role:
- Has previous customer service experience or similar.
- Has an outgoing / bubbly personality.
- Can communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Is able to understand and adhere to health and safety practices at all times.
- Has a Full UK Drivers Licence and their own transport (desired)
- Possesses a food and hygiene Level 2 certificate (desired)
