Position Overview & Specifications

My client is an established London based creative consultancy for interiors, art-world, architecture and design clients. They are seeking a strong Account Executive with agency experience to join their friendly team in Mayfair. This role will suit someone that sees the benefits of working within a small team of industry specialists under close direction and mentorship, perhaps internship/ junior level.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the media landscape, a keen interest in art, design and interiors and be ready to apply a collaborative, can do attitude to the role. Strong organisational skills will be required in order to support the team on the delivery of client campaigns on a daily basis.

This role will require you to engage with journalists writing for national and international publications across their sectors as well as the clients within their portfolio.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Day to day management of press office including interview and image requests, managing product sample loans, press mailings etc
  • Proficiency in all areas of writing particularly comment and copy and some experience of drafting press releases
  • Preparation for client updates, maintaining coverage updates, sharing client coverage - Support and planning for press trips and events
  • Experience building and maintaining media lists, proficiency in using MailChimp
  • Knowledge of and interest in UK and international media, media liaison and monitoring of media editorial calendars
  • Planning and logistics for content creation including photoshoots and filming
  • Contribution to areas of client campaigns
  • Additional administrative support for company founder as and when required
  • Proficiency in management of company social media accounts We are a nurturing and approachable solutions based team offering a broad range of services.
