Overview

The Partnerships Marketing Manager is responsible for driving Partnership revenue and delivering multi-platform campaigns to the highest standard within the Blue Orchid Group. In this role you will be responsible for the development of partner relationships and measured success on revenue generation, data capture and brand awareness.

This role requires immaculate client service, creativity, ability to sell multi-platform partnerships, marketing content creation, and management of marketing campaigns and assets. The ability to build long term relationships to encourage continued partnership investment is critical

Roles and Responsibilities

• Revenue growth for your Partnerships

• Deliver outstanding customer relations and ensure the smooth delivery of your Partnership contracts.

• Collaborative relationships with internal teams.

• Knowledge of all company brands, platforms and products.

• Management of your Partnership contract, ensuring all items are delivered on in a timely manner together with creation of required marketing assets

• To work collaboratively to support and help the wider Partnership department, Marketing team and Sales teams.

• Understand the key challenges your Partners face to ensure you can provide partnership solutions that are mutually beneficial and ensure we are perceived as a key partner.

• Proven ability in successfully driving partnership revenue – minimum 3 years working in a partnership team.

• Detailed understanding of the key challenges the industry faces commercially and how we may overcome these.

Reporting to Marketing Director and Chairman

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £35,000.00 per year
