Business Area/Dept Overview

BNP Paribas’ Global Markets business offers a broad range of products and services in the global interest rates, credit, currency, equities & commodity markets. Global Markets help their franchise of clients find effective ways to raise and invest capital as well as manage their exposure to risk. Their client base comprises of hundreds of corporations, institutional investors, banks, governments and supranational organizations.

Global Markets has the scale and reach to conduct business anywhere in the world and deliver products denominated in almost all of the world’s currencies. Their global network comprises more than 1,700 professionals working on our six main trading floors in London, Hong Kong, New York, Paris, Singapore and Tokyo. They are supported by regional offices throughout Europe, the Americas, Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

The Marketing, Communications and Events/Roadshows department (MCE) focuses on developing and promoting the Global Markets brand and franchise both internally and externally through targeting marketing, communication, events and roadshows.

Key Responsibilities of role

Creating Sustainability related marketing materials, working closely with Sustainability Marketing Officer and Marketing teams, Sales and Structuring teams to design and produce a wide variety of materials: pitches, brochures, factsheets, videos, websites, etc.;
Addressing specific clients/sales requests of Sustainability related marketing materials, respecting tight deadlines;
Performing updates of Sustainability related marketing materials both for internal and external clients;
Following ESG products trends, best in class practices and ESG risk. Conduct regular benchmarking/market watch on ESG products and communication and make suggestions to the business and CSO

Experience, Qualifications & Competencies

Essential

Bachelor degree or higher from a leading University in marketing, finance or economics;
Sustainable Finance knowledge (preferred).

Business Skills

Fluent English speaker and writer (mandatory);
Fluent French speaker and writer (preferred).
