Nightclub Bartenders

Move is a independent nightclub in Exeter that hosts some of the biggest DJs in the scene. We're looking for an enthusiastic bartender to join our team who has a passion for music and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. At Move, we offer plenty of progression paths and opportunities for you to share your ideas and have a real impact on the club.

As a Bartender at Move nightclub, you'll be responsible for creating and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment, handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and security, maintaining a well-stocked bar and monitoring inventory levels, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customers have a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment
• Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and security
• Maintaining a well-stocked bar and monitoring inventory levels
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers have a great experience

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• A passion for music and the nightlife industry

Salary: Up to £11.50 per hour
