We are looking for an energetic, driven and passionate General Manager to lead our team at BOOM BATTLE BAR.

As a people-focused leader, you'll coach and develop your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience while ensuring the highest of standards!! We want someone who's not afraid to have a bit of fun while still getting the job done.

Your talent management skills are second to none as you proactively develop your talent pipeline, enabling our commitment to internal progression. Thriving in a high-volume, wet-led environment is where you shine, effortlessly orchestrating the bustling energy with finesse.

Oh, and let's not forget your secret identity—a compliance geek! You're a stickler for regulatory compliance achieving stellar 10/10 daily Trail average scores. Safety is your top priority, ensuring everyone within the business is protected.

• You're a pro and a legendary Hospitality General Manager.
• You will need to have recent hospitality experience.
• You’re a great leader who really cares about your people. Your big-hearted approach will make coaching and developing your team a natural focus.

XP Factory PLC acquired BOOM BATTLE BAR in December 2021 with 5 venues live (Norwich, Cardiff, Liverpool, Swindon & Lakeside). 18 months later the BOOM BATTLE BAR estate has 28 venues trading with many more set to open in 2023 as we continue to dominate the market with our best in class hospitality and unique concept.
