THE ROLE?

We are simply looking for the best of the best, someone who truly gives a s*** to help take our venues to the next level in service!

Essentially you’ll be in charge of your own table sections and be responsible for creating epic moments, delivering a real WOW factor with your service and creating long lasting relationships with our guests. Food and drink service alongside high standards of table maintenance is just the start of the role!

WHO ARE WE?

XP Factory PLC completed the acquisition of Boom Battle Bar in December 2021.

We acquired the business at 5 venues (Norwich, Cardiff, Liverpool, Swindon & Lakeside) and we set out to dominate the UK and grow Boom Battle Bar from 5 venues to 28 venues in 2022, and continue our growth in 2023.

Boom Battle Bar is a competitive socialising gaming bar concept. Everything from axe throwing to karaoke! The heart of our venues are our bars – we love our cocktails on point, our lights dimmed low and our music loud enough for you to sing along to, without exposing your off-pitched voice - organised chaos!
