20 hours a week working 5 days out of 7. Hours to include 1:30pm - 5:30pm

This is a role for a Coffee Shop Assistant, with a thirst for success, someone who is committed, enthusiastic and enjoys a varied workload, taking great pride in working front-of-house on a daily basis.

Based in our Colne Store, you will able to demonstrate your ability to deal with customers in a polite and professional manner striving to deliver the highest levels of customer care and service at all times.

What you’ll be responsible for: Helping to build the next-generation Boundary Outlet Experience!

• Dealing with customers in a polite and professional manner
• Assist in preparation of hot and cold foods ensuring that all items are prepared, packaged and labelled correctly to a high standard.
• Providing assistance in the serving of beverages, cakes and toasted items.
• Ensuring orders are dealt with courteously and efficiently, cutlery and condiments readily available and tables cleared and ready for use.
• Be a confident communicator with the ability to work as part of a team
• Assist with the general housekeeping of the Coffee Shop
• The possession of a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial
• Experience of a similar position is preferred but training will be given.
