About the role

We’re looking for a café team member to help us at the amazing Postal Museum Cafe. We’re open five days a week and serve delicious hot and cold lunches, teas and coffees, cakes, and ice creams.

We are looking for someone able to join our team serving customers, working in the front of house area, ideally with experience as a barista. Preference will be given to someone who is also comfortable helping out back of house. Our café team member will be required to have a flexible approach to working. Our kitchen generally runs over lunch time and closes around 3pm. Either side of lunch service we serve coffee and cakes, ice creams, cold drinks and snacks.

The ideal candidate will have a good command of English both written and spoken. They should be self-motivated and able to quickly fit in to our existing team and care for our loyal clients giving them efficient and attentive customer service.
