BrewDog Hull is part of a franchise and partnership between BrewDog and Reds True BBQ. Offering 30 taps of glorious craft beer, alongside some of the most BBQ food in town!

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are constantly to push the boundaries & always trying to ensure the distance between ourselves and our customers is as small as possible, and our bars are a vital meeting point for passionate craft beer enthusiasts and novices alike.

As the doors swing open to this site, your role as Bar/Floor crew will be to ensure every single person who walks through the bars' doors gets an absolutely mind-blowing customer experience. this is a great opportunity to be part of something special!

- In this role you’ll be right at the forefront, delivering amazing craft beer to the people. You’ll be working closely with your crew mates to deliver the best service possible on the bar and floor.

- You’ll be led by an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals, made up of team on the floor & behind the bar.

- You’ll be the benchmark for customer service of your site, leading by example & training others to give the best customer experience of all time

- Full flexibility required, weekends & evening shifts.

ABOUT THE TEAM

You’ll be led by a super experienced General Manager & you’ll stand side by side a crew of roughly 30 passionate & confident craft beer loving individuals. Made up of team in the kitchen, on the floor & behind the bar.

ABOUT YOU

- We want you to be a massive beer geek & you need to inspire others to become beer geeks, so we would like you to have a good level of knowledge of craft beer & the brewing industry.

- You’ll have a track record of outstanding customer service in a well-branded hospitality or retail – if that experience is in craft beer, that will go in your favour.

- We are looking for someone reliable, hard working, determined & a team player.

- BrewDog Hull has been a HUGE success so far and that is down to our team. We're looking for someone who can add even more energy, with bags of enthusiasm, so we can take BrewDog Hull up to even higher levels.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 100 months
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
