Briddlesford Farm is a 200-acre dairy farm milking 150 pedigree Guernsey cows and encompassing a farm shop/café complex and a 'state of the art' milk processing dairy.

The aim of the business is to process all of its milk and home-produced meat on site, sell it direct to the consumer and promote Isle of Wight food and farming in the wider context.

It is an example of Isle of Wight food production and self-sufficiency at its best, and we are currently looking for Dairy Production Operative(s).

The successful candidate(s) can enjoy a varied roll which will include: assisting with cheese and butter making/ packing, milk and cream processing/ bottling. We will offer all the relevant training and we are looking for people of all abilities. You will be forward thinking, have a positive attitude, and have a keen eye for detail; coupled with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
