Hiking leader / outdoor instructor

BrightonYoga specialises in green tourism and organises wellness activities like hiking, yoga and forest bathing in Brighton's local nature reserves and the South Downs. We also organise nature-based team-building events.

Currently are looking for a positive, caring and dynamic freelancer for our hiking trips around Brighton and the Southdowns. You should have experience and local knowledge of Brighton's countryside. All the walks will be preplanned and in a low-land area.

We mainly seek freelancers with a mountain leader or low-land leader degree, outdoor first aid and insurance. Still, we would also love to hear from you if you're an outdoor enthusiast with specialist knowledge about history, birds, plants, foraging, nature connection or similar.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a group through the countryside
• Follow along a preplanned route and timeline as close as possible
• Ensure that everyone is safe and involved in any activities
• Making sure everyone is having a good time

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £80.00-£150.00 per day
