  • Facilitate or support the delivery of BRC, IFRC, or ICRC capacity building activities and contribute to the revision or deployment of new training curricula.
This role may be for you if…
You are prepared to deploy at short notice into areas experiencing natural disasters and other crisis events. You have significant previous international experience, especially within an emergency response context to complex emergencies, as well as within recovery operations.
You have excellent knowledge and understanding of emergency and development issues and associated good practice, including minimum standards for disaster response (eg. SPHERE, SEEP).

You have proven experience in planning, management, implementation, and monitoring of multi-faceted projects or programmes.

You have strong analytical skills in multi-sectoral assessments, response option analysis and project design. You demonstrate strong skills in diplomacy, negotiation, influencing, and advocacy.
You are resilient and adaptable, you work well with people from different backgrounds, and you lead with compassion and kindness.
