Position Overview & Specifications
As a Customer Service Agent you will work from home and operate as the first point-of-contact for the company`s clients and partners.
Dealing with queries from these organisations and liaising internally with the company`s other departments, you will quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of the company`s products and services.
Duties
Taking inbound calls from clients and also dealing with teams across the business
Dealing with a wide variety of queries, analysing clients` payments-related issues
Assisting with disputes and providing sustainable solutions
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of functionalities for all systems
Ensuring that a first class customer service is provided to clients
Working shifts
The working shift for these positions is either
4.30am to 3.00am with one in four Saturdays
6.30am to 3.00am with one in four Saturdays
The training will be between the hours of 12pm and 8pm - training lasts for 10 weeks
After training you will go onto the allocated shift

The salary for this role will start on 24k per annum - you will also get paid an extra £60 per month on top of your salary to cover the cost of your electricity and broadband.
There will be an extra premium also paid for the later finishes - this can be discussed in interview
