Why this job matters
The role holder will be responsible for the validation of investment transactions across the Campaigns operation to ensure they maintain a high level of quality assurance.
What you’ll be doing
  • Validation of investment transactions to ensure adherence to business rules and objectives
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting
  • Identify issues and suggesting improvement
  • Seek to improve current processes and accurately record all decisions in relevant systems
  • Completion of validations to support revenue generation performance of Campaigns operations through timely identification of any non compliant orders
  • Ensure all instances of non-compliance are identified, recorded for audit purposes and submitted to the Validations and Compliance Team Manager
  • Ensure any instances of suspected mis-selling are reported to Validations and Compliance Team Manager for escalations to operational management team for the relevant action to be taken
  • The role holder will undertake ad-hoc tasks required to support the Validations and wider Sales and Loyalty teams
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks that contribute to the successful operation of the Validations Team
  • Ensure own adherence to company policies and procedures and sales standards.

  • Good standard of English spelling and grammar

  • Experience of influencing and gaining buy in

  • Must use discretion, nature of work is confidential
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience of working within Campaigns function
  • Knowledge of a call centre operation or Retail Experience.
