Head of Information Technology

Head of IT | HealthTech Start-Up | Up to £100,000 + 30% Bonus | London | Hybrid

This HealthTech Start-Up business, backed by one of the world's most successful Hedge Funds, is on the lookout for a new Head of IT to come and join their team and join the business as one of their 1st IT Hires. Being the largest Insource provider to the NHS and significant financial backing they are looking to take the next step on their digital transformation journey.

As the Head of IT you will be responsible of owning the IT Estate, contributing to the companies digital transformation footprint and help lead and manage a new CRM Implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience owning these processes within a small organisation as well as being willing to get your hands dirty and provide daily support across areas.

In this role their will be scope to grow out a function for the future but want the Head of IT to take full ownership of these processes

The Requirements for this role are as followed:

• Experience of running and managing an IT Estate as the 1st IT Hire
• Experience of owning a digital transformation project and implementing a new CRM system.
• Having hands-on experience delivering from a technical and managerial IT perspective
• Working within smaller businesses as the solo IT Contributor (preferable)
