Full-Time Bar Assistant

Burton Constable Holiday Park is the ideal location to get away from it all. Situated in 18th Century Parkland in the heart of the East Yorkshire countryside, the Park is just 8 miles from Hull city centre with its bustling restaurants, independent and high street shops, quirky museums and Britain’s most spectacular aquarium, yet only 7 miles from the Holderness coast.

We are a family-run business, and we are looking for someone to join the Burton Constable Holiday Park family. We are looking to hire a full-time Bar Assistant to work in our on site-bar. You will work to support our Bar Manager in the daily operation of the venue and to provide a first class service to our customers.

As a member of our Bar Team you will work in our Lakeside Bar taking customer orders, and preparing/serving customer drinks; you will support the Bar Manager outside of bar opening hours with stock take, cleaning, and anything that might come up e.g. decorating the bar for an event.

As we are a holiday business, your shifts may well be over weekends, bank holidays, and school holidays throughout the year. Previous experience is required, in either a Bar or Retail environment, and you must be flexible in your approach to working. We aim to have this position filled ready to start as soon as possible. We are particularly looking for cover for the weekend of 27 May.
