What does your typical day look like?

• Monitoring and tracking Fox’s Blocked, Parked and GRIR reporting.
• Supporting site with PO process ensuring correct ways of working to ensure supplier payment to terms.
• Liaison with AP to ensure smooth processing of payments.
• Monitor holiday pay accruals and reporting.
• Monitor agency spend and assist in improving process.
• Input all weekly and monthly journals.
• Support the Management Accountant with preparation and completion of weekly and monthly reporting.
• Support reporting of both weekly & monthly Variances and Overheads for the Batley site and the logistic’s business unit.
• Supporting with budgeting and forecasting requirements.
• Support the Management Accountant as required.
