What will be your responsibilities?

• To document bulk raw material intake on to SAP system daily.
• To complete finished goods dispatch documentation
• To order empty pallets according to production plan requirements
• To record, authorise and monitor team holidays
• To record and monitor forklift truck driving license expiration and arrange FLT refresher courses
• To communicate actions clearly across shift structure
• To control documentation storage and procedural compliance to company/customer standards support audit processes

What are the key ingredients needed for the role?

• Very comfortable in use of all MS Office applications
• SAP experience essential
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Enjoys working in a busy environment working with a wide variety of people
• Desirable - Experience in warehouse or operations office
