Factory/Warehouse Operative

Job description

We are recruiting for permanent full time position:

• 4on/ 4off shift basis, from 06:00- 18:00

BV Dairy is a family owned business, based in Shaftesbury, that specializes in chilled dairy products. We are going through an exciting growth and expansion period which would not have been possible without our great staff members that hugely contributed to our success. What are we looking for:

• We are looking for candidates who have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and are great team players.
• Our production departments are automated hence you will need to learn our processes and the equipment.
• We value independence and curiosity so you will be organising your time to achieve customer demands.
• It will be key to understand food safety practices and health and safety.

You do not need a food production background as we believe that our learning and development program will be able to give you enough knowledge and exposure to become one of the best.
