Who am I supporting: Partner and ad hoc team

Key duties: Complex inbox and diary management, travel coordination, admin support, team assistance, processing expenses, project coordination, assisting with marketing pitches, client liasion and other ad hoc duties.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: 2-3 years of experience maximum as a EA/PA ideally within professional services or finance. Strong communication style is key and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple responsbilities.
