Junior Marketing Data Analyst

C&C Search is currently recruiting for a Junior Marketing Data Analyst !

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 DOE

Hybrid: 3 days in Liverpool Street/Bank area, 2 days WFH

Our client is a medium sized company with global offices based in the financial services space, their marketing and sales team is growing making more for this new position. They are very social and do partied twice a year, events every other month and everyone works together.

Duties:

• Manage the production of updated marketing and client review presentations on a monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis
• Work closely with the companies outsourced presentation provider to ensure that data and materials are the most up to date, ensuring as little manual work as possible in the production of presentations
• Responsibility for updating quantitative entries in external consultant databases and third-party data providers
• Responsibility for the production of regular monthly and quarterly bespoke client reports to strict deadlines
• Responsibility for the production of Fund fact sheets
• Maintain the firm's website, ensuring that it includes the latest fund documentation, replying to queries through the website from clients and prospective clients
• Provide client service support and assistance to Managers as required.

About you:

• You are good with numbers and have high levels of attention to detail
• You have an analitical mind and would enjoy this work
• You have a great work ethic - taking responsibility for tasks from beginning to end within strict deadlines;
• You are a great communicator
• You possess strong time management - prioritise and plan your work, managing competing demands. Able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.;
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office suite of applications - especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Interest in global economics and finance.
• Not essential but Python or Power BI experience/exposure would be great
