What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Working on a busy reception area supporting the business with first class customer service

Key duties:

• Dealing with all incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients and managing the meeting rooms
• General administration including ordering supplies, some reporting and making hotel and travel bookings
• Supporting the Team Assistants when required

Background and experience:

• Experience working as a corporate receptionist preferably within financial services
• High standards and ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Proactive and reliable team player
