We are seeking an experienced Upholsterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with fabrics and creating beautiful pieces of furniture. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and sewing fabric to create custom upholstery pieces, as well as inspecting and repairing existing furniture. We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of the tools and techniques used in upholstery.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and sew fabric to cover furniture.
- Use tools such as hammers, staplers, and upholstery needles to attach fabric to furniture frames.
- Remove old fabric from furniture and replace with new fabric.
- Select appropriate fabrics for different types of furniture.
- Be able to use a variety of upholstery techniques such as tufting, pleating, and welting.
- Be able to repair furniture frames and springs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £13.50-£15.00 per hour

Experience:
- Upholstery: 2 years (preferred)
