Campanile is one one of the six brands of Louvre Hotels Group, the fifth largest hotel chain in the world. As a Room Assistant you will be involved in duties such as:
Implement & respect chain's SOP
Implement corrective action after guest review, mystery visit and complaint letter
Register stock in & out
Organise linen & welcome product stores
Refill housekeeping trolley
Participate in the opening and closing of the department
Ensure guest safety
Knowledge and skills required
Training & Basic knowledge of hospitality
One-year experience in hospitality Ability to understand and follow guidelines Knowledge of health & safety procedures -Conversational English &Basic housekeeping technical skills
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
