About the Role:

As a Corporate Account Executive, you’ll champion the adoption of process automation - bringing innovation, transparency, and efficiency to Corporate customers across Benelux. What You Will Bring to the Role:

1. Driving ARR growth across Benelux, from new business and expansion of existing customers through complex sales cycles including; technical discovery and evaluations, presentations, financial and legal negotiations, and on-site customer meetings when necessary

2. Articulating Camunda’s value proposition and vision to multiple levels of technical and business leadership

3. Collaboration and partnering with Camunda Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, and Partners (GSI and Regional) to understand and support customer use cases

4. Leveraging multiple communication methods and collaboration with Account Development Representatives to create new contacts in middle and senior leadership in both technical and executive areas of the enterprise landscape.

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of quota attainment within an Corporate software (Saas) AE role

• 3+ years of experience selling complex software solutions to mid-market size Benelux companies (up to 5k employees) by articulating business value and navigating complex buying centers across business and IT stakeholders

• History of success selling to customers in the Banking, Telecommunications and Public Sector Industries

• Proven track record of success selling $1M+ mutli-year contracts

• Command of Sales Methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales

• Track record of building new Pipeline generation via outbound campaigns

• Ability to manage a high performing Account Teams, driving the strategy and execution of team members

• Strong collaborator, innovator and problem solver

• Adhere to our FAITH values

• Dutch, English and French (nice to have) on business level

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with Automation technology a plus

• Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

We offer fair, transparent, and competitive compensation. For new hires, we typically place candidates in the first half of the range, allowing room for growth over time.

Annual Total Cash (base salary + 100% variable, where applicable):

United States: $185,000.00 to $298,200.00

United Kingdom: £116,100.00 to £191,000.00

Singapore: S$229,700.00 to S$344,600.00

If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.

Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).
