Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategy to increase Capital.com brand engagement and advocacy

• Manage and maintain Global/UK social media channels
• Create and curate engaging content to attract and retain followers
• Write and edit social media posts, articles, and other types of content
• Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments
• Analyse social media metrics to optimize performance and provide regular reports on key metrics

• Collaborate with other departments to create and execute integrate social media campaigns

• Coordinate with regional social media account managers to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and regions
• Drive brand engagement and advocacy by identifying and engaging with key influencers and brand ambassadors

• Stay up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
• Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
• Own trading experience and/or experience of working in the industry.
